Our product is white main crack mixed. It is produced from peanuts that are weaker than A and B product qualities. Therefore, less roasting is done and the salt content is slightly higher.

After pre-screening and cleaning processes, shelled pistachios are peeled off their outer membrane and cracked and roasted in our fully integrated facility, untouched by human hands.

Thanks to the integrated production system, peanuts roasted on the same day without any waiting have the most delicious taste and smell.
