As Etiler Gıda ve Ticari Yatırımlar San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (”ETILER”), we attach great importance to ensuring the security of your personal information, which you have provided to us either while using our website, by filling out the relevant application forms or by other means, within the framework of the relevant legislation, primarily the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, relevant international agreements to which our country is a party, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”), all information that determines or makes your identity identifiable, including your special personal data, will be processed by Etiler Gıda as the Data Controller.

Your personal data that you share with our company within the framework of customer, supplier, employee and other relations; may be processed, recorded, stored, preserved in accordance with the KVKK; in connection with the purposes of processing, limited and measured, accurate and up-to-date, with certain clear and legitimate purposes; may be transferred to relevant third parties at home and abroad, primarily Etiler Gıda, its business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, relevant supervisory institutions, official institutions, but not limited to them; may be stored, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, and classified there. As the data processor, our company may send you informative and promotional e-mails and/or messages, make phone calls, or provide this service by receiving it from third parties.

As the data controller, your personal data may be stored and processed by our Company for the purposes of understanding the needs of our individual and/or corporate business partners, responding to their requests more quickly and providing better service and/or receiving service by improving our communication, informing you about us, receiving your opinions about our services, developing, improving and diversifying in line with your requests and needs, and conducting our necessary quality and standard audits as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations or fulfilling our reporting and other obligations stipulated under the relevant legislation. This service may be received from third parties.

Your personal data may be collected and your approvals may be obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, through channels such as written or verbal communications with our Company, through the website, our social media accounts, various contracts, e-mail, application forms, etc., for the purpose and scope specified above, but not limited to these.
Article 11 of the KVKK numbered 6698 entered into force on October 07, 2016, and your rights under this Law are set out below:

Your personal data;
1. To learn whether it is processed or not,
2. To request information if it has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad,
5. To request correction if it is processed incompletely / incorrectly,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and to request notification of the operations performed to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
7. To request notification of the operations performed to third parties to whom personal data is transferred pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 listed above,

8. You have the right to object to a result that is to your
detriment due to analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems, 9. You have the right to demand compensation in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

With this notification, you hereby irrevocably acknowledge that the necessary and sufficient notification has been made to you completely, both verbally and in writing, in accordance with Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, and that you understand and accept the content of the notification.

By reading the above-mentioned information and approving this document, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Etiler Gıda, sharing it with the above-mentioned parties and processing it by these institutions.
